Healthy Eating Habits

The first and foremost habit to cultivate healthy eating is to eat at fixed hours every day.
When this advice is followed religiously, you will be healthier and fit. If you are not following this dictum, start eating your meals at a fixed hour every day from today onwards.
When you eat at fixed hours, the biological clock gets attuned to the timings and is ready to digest.
So, start having Breakfast at 8:30 am, lunch at 12:30 pm and dine at 7:30 or 8:00 pm at the latest.
But remember, do not eat anything in between breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you must, take a milk and snack break once in the evening, but no more.
