Heart Disease : Arrhythmia

An arrhythmia is a disorder of the heart rate (pulse) or heart rhythm, such as beating too fast (tachycardia), too slow (bradycardia), or irregularly. This disease is also called Dysrhythmias; Abnormal heart rhythms; Bradycardia; or Tachycardia.


  1. Chest pain
  2. Fainting
  3. Fast or slow heartbeat (palpitations)
  4. Light-headedness, dizziness
  5. Paleness
  6. Shortness of breath
  7. Skipping beats – changes in the pattern of the pulse
  8. Sweating

Sometimes one may not have any symptoms at all.
