Eating breakfast is the secret to staying healthy, according to studies done by the doctors in the United Studies. Through their primary research, the doctors believe skipping the first meal of the day increases the chance of becoming obese, developing diabetes or even having a heart attack. Research suggests that people who eat breakfast are less likely to be hungry during the rest of the day and are, therefore, less likely to overeat.
If you are having time constraints in the morning, start your day a little bit early. As they say, plan your breakfast the night before. And add little bit of innovation to your breakfast.
